We ship Domestically and Internationally. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. We do not ship to PO Boxes via UPS.

U.S. SHIPPING RATES

Standard  Shipping - $7.99 (3-5 business days)

Priority Shipping - $11.99 (2-4 business days)

Express Shipping - $21.99 (1-2 business days)

(5-10 Business Days)

Preordered and/or custom items are not available for express shipping. For jewelry orders, please allow 7-10 business days as your pieces are handcrafted for you.

Meraki is not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

We are here to help. Notify us by email, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please confirm address before submitting order.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. No refunds or cancelations under any circumstances.

 

 All sales are considered final.  All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within two (2) days after receipt of goods. Authorization must be requested in order to return the damaged item. ONLY THEN will you be able to return it in exchange for a store credit. Once authorization has been granted, YOU MUST return the item within 5 days of receiving authorization or the item WILL NOT be accepted.  If we are not notified within 2 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return.  Once we have received the item(s) and it has been determined to be in its original condition, a discount code will be sent within 5 days via email. (tags attached/original packaging)

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please examine your merchandise prior to wearing it.  If you receive a damaged or defective item you have 2 days from the date of receipt to contact us via email. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.  If we are not notified within 2 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return/refund.

EXCHANGES

Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

  • No returns or exchanges will be granted on worn merchandise. Merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted.

  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
